~Prices are subject to change without notice.  If prices go up and you have received a lower
quote for your services, please bring a copy of your appointment confirmation letter and we
will be happy to give you the quoted price.

~All prices are per person and are the same no matter length, thickness or texture of your
hair.  Whether it is an updo or just a style, the price is the same.  

~The person scheduling the appointment will be responsible for full payment of all services in
the event that other people in the wedding party do not pay their portion.

~If for any reason you are unhappy with any part of your services, you must notify your stylist
at that time, so that they may have a chance to resolve the issue. Once the stylist has left your
location, we will not be held responsible for any issues you had with your services. In the event
that you require a discount or refund, you must notify your stylist at the time, we will under no
circumstances, be able to refund or discount any money after the stylist has left your location.

~Our prices DO NOT include a blowdry.  Your hair must be completely dry upon our arrival or
you will be charged the full price of a blowdry in addition to your updo or style.

~If you have curly or wavy hair that requires straightening, this will need to be done prior to our
artists arrival  (unless the only service you want is for them to straighten your hair.)  If the
artist has to straighten your hair beforehand in order to give you the updo or style you want,  
you will be charged for an additional style.  

~We do our best to work in a timely manner, however, occasionally our stylists run behind so
therefore please be sure to schedule plenty of time for your services to be performed.  

~We are not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergies to product.  If you have
particular allergies that you are aware of, please notify the stylist and he/she will be more than
happy to use products that you bring.

~Group discount rates are available to individual services only.  Packages are already
discounted and are not eligible for any other special offers or discounts.

~Your stylist does not decide the discounts, nor can he/she give discounts without a
manager's permission and or approval.  

~Our artists are booked on a schedule according to the services you reserve & with enough
time for them to perform those services. We ask that you & everyone in your party be ready
with clean, dry hair at the scheduled time of your appointment. If your stylist has to wait on you
to get prepared for your appointment, you will be charged an additional $10. for the first 10
minutes & $5. per minute thereafter. When our stylists get behind schedule, it then makes
them late for following appointments that they may have, and ends up being an inconvenience
for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
We have a firm 48 hour cancellation policy.  No exceptions!

In the event that you need to change or cancel your appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice so
that we will have time to fill that appointment slot.  If we do not receive at least 48 hours notice of
cancellation or change, your credit card will be charged the full price of service.  Our time is very
valuable, and most of our artists have other jobs that they schedule around our bookings.  If we book
appointments and they get cancelled, our artists have not only lost out on payment for that
appointment, but also on working at his/her other job.  With at least 48 hours notice, we will have
adequate time to schedule someone else in that time slot.  You will be required to pay a Non-Refundable
$50. security deposit to hold your booking.  This deposit is not an extra fee & will be applied to the cost
of your services. Your security deposit absolutely is Non-Refundable (No exceptions), however if you
reschedule, it will be transferred to your new appointment.
